Skip Repairs LLC, doing business as Shiftly Fleet. Effective September 30, 2026.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the services and text messages of Skip Repairs LLC, doing business as Shiftly Fleet ("Shiftly Fleet", "we", "us"). Your vehicle lease is a separate agreement, and its terms govern the lease itself.

SMS Terms

  1. Program. The Shiftly Fleet customer intake program sends you a text message with a secure link. The link opens a page where you take photos of the front and back of your driver's license and a selfie, so we can complete your customer record.
  2. How you opt in. You opt in when you give our staff your mobile number during customer sign-up and agree to receive a text message from us. We record your consent and its date.
  3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You usually receive one message each time you sign up or ask for a new link.
  4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details of your plan.
  5. Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.
  6. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at mo@shiftlyfleet.com or (224) 209-0906.
  7. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Secure links

A link we send you is for you only. Do not forward it. Each link expires after 30 minutes and accepts one upload. If a link expires, ask us for a new one.

Your information

You agree that the photos and details you send us are yours and are accurate. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
